Hi I want to upgrade my SIM with the money supermarket O2 tariff but when it links from their website to O2 I do not get a prompt to upgrade the SIM as an existing customer but instead go through a process to get a new SIM card with a new number. I do not want a new SIM card or number I just want to change the tariff on my existing SIM. How do I do this if I am taking advantage of an O2 offer in money supermarket or uSwitch?

It seems that O2 have stopped this way of upgrading
This may be temporary as this happened previously in March and early April this year
Or it could just be one system is failing and hopefully will be fixed in the next couple of days
You might want to check with O2
