How do you change tarriff in my O2, I have spent 45 mins going round in circles.  I can not get hold of anyone to help and no on line chat advisor.  Help.

Phone cs on 4445 & they will change it for you, don't use chat as they more than likely wont change it over as they say they will

Go into "My O2" and click the "change my tariff" link. Only eligible accounts though so if you have taken your contract since March 2012 you can't lower it.

Just log into your 02 account and change it to what your wanting.
