Is there a reason why I get stuck on Ticketmaster when trying to purchase tickets for the Weekend? I cant purchase anything

Have you asked Ticketmaster? Especially if you are stuck on their site.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
