I rang o2 three weeks ago to get email correct but it’s still not resolved yet I am missing out on rewards .

Best thing to do is to do it your self in myo2, or contact o2 via Social Media Guide: How to find help & contact O2 Facebook and Instagram is going to be the best way yo contact them
