Is there any way in getting in touch with a UK call centre .. I have being going around in circles with a new order online.
Was a business customer but want to back to personal ... told I needed to purchase the phones and contract to get the temporary number to give to O2 Business so that they can move numbers across.
I can't see my order in My O2 although I have the reference number and have completed the credit check ... last conversation with the Help Team is that they couldn't open my order as it was locked to them ??.
Been with O2 for over 15 years and now I'm at the point I want to cancel but can't even find a way of doing that !

Usually you can just ask to be put through to a UK call centre.
You can also message the social media teams who are UK based.

O2 dont really have any UK call centres left, they where all provided by Crapita, who have outsourced them all to Cape Town, and o2 now use Virgin Media's Teleperformance call centres in Manila and India..
