has anyone had a similar problem with O2. The bank takes the monthly bill for O2, but it does not reflect that the bill has been paid.It's the second time it's happened to me and I'm angry because I'm not getting my money back

I need urgent help

I need a invoice for all the monthly data charges received. The billing page is so bad on this platform I cannot access anything. All it shows me is my device plan not the data charge on top of it as well
