Hey!
I decided to switch to pay monthly but stupidly ordered the wrong handset this afternoon. I’m collecting in-store tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone knew whether I’d be able to exchange the device once I’m there? (Ordered an iPhone 8 Plus instead of an iPhone 😎 I’m presuming the answer will be no as it was an online purchase, but I thought I’d ask anyway slight_smile
Thank you! x

@pinkcadillac personally, I'd collect the phone as normal and then exchange under the 14 day change of mind policy

@pinkcadillac You would have to let them send it back. Wait for them to scan it back in & ask them to cancel then take out a new tariff with the correct phone
