O2 sim only to refresh

HELP!!!! So I don’t know what to believe. I spoke to someone on o2 about my SIM ONLY upgrade to refresh due on 3rd jun 2018, a few have told me I can upgrade early and I’ll be credit checked, however I spoke to another one who said it’s not possible to upgrade early because we want you to be with us 6 months before we upgrade you to a phone, and we won’t credit check you as we do this when we open your account. Who is right?? Will I be credit checked ad my score isn’t great so Any help would be appreciated. I can attach screenshots of the live chat if this helps

@adamtemp64 I’ve had 5 emails and about 3 text messages my upgrade section on my O2 says something along the lines of: you’re order is in progress, your tariff info and next upgrade date will be available soon. Thanks for the help!

I know this isn’t really o2 related. I’ve recieved my parcel number- yep that’s great but is it the Consignment number,
Card number or
Customer reference. No dispatch email though yet. Strange!

Hope parcel number should be the tracking number. Does it not say whether the phone had been dispatched?

It sounds like it's on it's way to you.
Dispatch emails usually come out in the evening, so you could get yours anytime around now.

Going off that information I would say that the phone is on its way. Allow for the bank holiday so I guess tomorrow you will get confirmation from UK Mail.
