HELP!!!! So I don’t know what to believe. I spoke to someone on o2 about my SIM ONLY upgrade to refresh due on 3rd jun 2018, a few have told me I can upgrade early and I’ll be credit checked, however I spoke to another one who said it’s not possible to upgrade early because we want you to be with us 6 months before we upgrade you to a phone, and we won’t credit check you as we do this when we open your account. Who is right?? Will I be credit checked ad my score isn’t great so Any help would be appreciated. I can attach screenshots of the live chat if this helps

Thank you! It’s my sons birthday in 2 days and he wanted a phone, that’s why I was so desperate. He’s just gonna have to wait till upgrade day as I’m not taking out a new contract. grin

Hey guys! So I just checked my o2 account today and it said I can upgrade to a phone Today! I ordered the iPhone X with AirPods and it’s “in progress” what does this mean? Thanks for all your help in this post. Means a lot.

Your order will show in progress until it is dispatched by o2.
At which time you will be sent a tracking email with the details of your order and courier etc.
You can the. Track it’s progress through your MyO2.

@Ebritton14  It's definitely gone through....however, there is no guarantee it's in stock. You wont know any more till you get the dispatch email  to say its on its way.... as said above
