Hi @Patsy4

Firstly you need wifi off and mobile data on and you need a good 3g signal.

If still not working, text the word "active" to 2020 then save the settings you get sent back and reboot your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Patsy4 Before you start sending and receiving MMS, take a look at this. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Accidental-MMS-Sending-and-How-to-Avoid-it/ba-p/1014132

There are much less expensive, (as in free) methods of sending picture messages which are also mentioned in the guide, and which you should explore.

Not forgetting to 'save changes' wink

Still, if people want to send or receive MMS (which is their choice entirely) then they probably will have to change the APN settings. (As I did only 4 days ago on my Note 😎 Happy Dance
