I just contacted O2 CS about canceling some of my Airtime plans due to the price change.

I was then told that only my Phone(s) can be cancled. I have tablets and a watch. I also have another phone as well so I assume I can cancel that one if i wanted but I dont.

Is there really a limit on what airtime plans I can cancel? Dose the price inscrease not apply to my tablet/watch plans??

Was this CS rep wrong some how?

@Nagasaki

It only applies to phone airtime plans as the others will only increase by the original price increase, not the new inflated increase on phone airtime plans only.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Watch plans and Data only plans are rising by the amount that was published at the time of taking out the contract, whereas mobile airtime price rises are moving from £1.80 to £2.50 so it is only these which will allow you to leave do to a change in contract

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
