Hi there! Recently got my PAYG sim and have topped up with £10, balance is showing as £5 (confirmed as a bonus credit by O2). However, every time I try and use the priority website, it says "this SIM is not active". The O2 app confirms the tariff is active. I did set the sim up only a few hours ago so is this potentially the issue and I just need to wait?
Any help?

Give it 24 hours for the system to update before calling O2.
