O2 priority app not working

Hi all

 

everytime I try and login to o2 priority I get “Sorry we can’t deal with your request at this time” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app abut still the same message. Is the app down?

Is the website version working for you?

You will need to contact O2 by one of the methods in this guide

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Working for me @TheOwenG bur sadly useless

Did you reboot phone before reinstalling?
