- Your upgrade eligibility has expired. I have been told by 02 my upgrade date is definitely 3/6/18 but I did upgrade my 6gb tariff to a 20gb one in December if this changes anything. I’ve only ever had one late bill which wasn’t my fault as they should have taken it a certain day but it was Easter bank holiday. They didn’t try to take the money until about 6 days after, as the money wasn’t in my account. Will I not be credit checked in June as the t&cs say subject to credit status. And If I fail what happens then? Do they cancel the contract altogether? as I said I can attach screenshots of the live chat to help get my situation. Thanks for the help!

You should call customer services on 202 rather than use live chat as they rarely know what they are talking about.

I would call customer service in the morning rather than use the iffy website (which normally goes down around this time everynight to update). I also wouldn't use live chat either to upgrade.
