I've just checked and I can't see anything on the CPW site about it.
on 19-01-2013 00:22
Totally understand that, And will be contacting cpw about it, Yet 02 should have also given 30 days notice of any increase, I should not have had to stumble upon this forum to find out my bill would be increased. Unless their corporate policy is, If you can't find it, We'll charge you more

O2 did announce it in early December and it's clearly marked on all the O2 tariffs on this site.

No I do not think I can get out of a contract because of this... But yes i can easily get out of the contract ( With cost ) The main issue I have is I had to find out that, My monthly bill will increase, Through this forum. Not the best customer service, Is it ???

My earlier estimate may just be correct, About most people on here being employed by 02, May be more obvious now. And yes yes I would be willing to pay, Because the principle is worth the £ co$t

As I said earlier, I don't work for O2. People who work for O2 who contribute to this forum put a notification in their signature when they reply to posts. You seem to be the only person who wasn't notified of the increase. Every other mobile network has also increased their prices. Some by more than O2's increase, and some more frequently as well. So stick by your principles and leave. You'll gain nothing.

Take it up with CPW they sold it to you.
I don't work for O2 either, we are just giving you the facts as we know them and trying to help.

You are totally right mate,Finding out about, A 3.2% rise within 1 month of a contract is totally an unreasonable thing to be a little annoyed about..
