Travelling abroad.

Nearly in tears with frustration because unable to speak to a person from O2. In my 80's and don't understand most of the info on the website.

It's a v simple question. I have a SIMS only contract with O2. Its v basic since my usage of a mobile is v limited.

I am in Turkey for just one week. Have access to What's App BUT want to be able ring various bodies that don't use What's App and to be  able to do typical internet searches for a tourist.

Want to avoid high charges. Do I upgrade my contract?  Looks expensive for using for a week. do I get a so called 'Bolt on' -but what is it??

Tried all the tel nos offered by fellow customers on this forum for customer services and have been defeated.

Help would be very much appreciated

There is no way to avoid paying the charges in Turkey, it is £7 a day with the o2 travel bolton

As stated. You will need O2 Travel Bolt On at £7 for each day it is used.
