Hi,  I have a Sim- Only deal ending this month and have been looking on comparison sites to lower my data and hopefully the monthly price.

Seen a deal on Uswitch, 70Gb/ £10, similar to the one I purchased this time last year(100Gb/£12) but as I try and purchase the deal, Check-Out is greyed out and there is a credit Check on-going. Maybe they have stopped existing customers using third party sites!!!!

O2 can,t better this deal, so is it better just to stay on my current deal, making it a 30 Day Rolling Contract or leave for another network.

Cheers.

Those Uswitch, etc, deals come as new contracts now, not possible to upgrade that way as previously, @Gerrymac66

The only way to get the deal is as a new contract, hence the credit check, and then Guide: Cancelling Your Contract and Guide: Migration & porting into O2 - which can take a while.

Or move network, as you mention.

Good luck!

@Gerrymac66

You would still get credit checked for an upgrade on O2 now anyway.
