I got a contract for my daughters boyfriend and father to her baby in January. In February he threatened to kill them both and was eventually found and arrested. That's the short version. Anyway the police have his phone as evidence as he sent lots of death threats and things. His phone is smashed tk bits and definitely isn't in any use anymore. Does anyone know if I'd be able to get out of the contract. I know I'd probably have to pay for the phone. But was hoping I wouldn't have to keep his contract
