Hi, i have a contract running with o2 which is due to expire in a few days. I have taken out a new contract via u switch with o2 which came with a new number. I want to retain my old number and port it across to the new contract. How do i do it?

Hi I wish to moving my old existing O2 pay monthly sim to a new O2 pay monthly sim that has more larger data allowance. I tried using the My O2 app but am unable to find a suitable option to do this. Do I need to phone up instead?
