My old phone got wet, I have a new phone but I cant transfer the esim. Customer Support told me the only way is to go to O2 Store get a simm and then request esim? I am in France for a few weeks so this is very frustrating!

Can’t receive and make calls while in Portugal

Arrived to Portugal yesterday, network MEO, all data & texts work, but can’t receive and make calls. Switched on/off, took out sim and back - nothing. Customer service opened a ticket and said they’ll try to resolve within 5!!!! Days!!! Pls help
