Hi All,

 

I got my new phone and SIM on friday and it has yet to register!  How long does it usually take because i'm starting to not enjoy my experience with o2.

If this is an upgrade, you need to continue using your old sim if it fits your new phone.

Its a new phone with a new o2 sim, i've asked to bring my three number accross.

Unfortnately, number ports and transfers are taking much longer than usual right now due to system issues and short staff.

We do not know how long they will take, sorry.
