Couldn't find a specific answer so I hope someone can help. My mother (in her 80s) has an old phone on tesco mobile, and has bought a new phone on O2 (via mobilephones direct). When ordering the phone she filled in the form and supplied a PAC she got from Tesco and asked for a new simcard for the new phone( it asked if she wanted to keep old sim or get a new one). It's been a few days now since she got the new phone, put in new sim card in and it's still not registered on network, and old phone is still on tesco mobile.
Is there something we need to do or should the new sim card get the old number transferred to it automatically.
Not sure how this works.
