I've just ordered the S21 myself, and I thought I saw on the confirmation page that one has to log in into My O2 and claim it once it has been dispatched?

You won't be able to claim until after you have the phone and have passed the change of mind period.

@DoctorJellybean You'll need to wait past the 14 day cooling off period so you don't cancel the phone and keep the gifts.
