Check in the My O2 app. There's a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: How-to guide for My O2 - there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.

I have no access to a phone. How on earth am i suppose to contact 02. I can't login into my account because it texts a code to my phone to be able to login.
There is no live chat, or email? What is this 1980s?

Another option that might work for you that is not obviously mentioned in the guide that @MI5 has posted is to use Skype from your PC :-
