I did the upgrade on us that o2 advertised on there app saying upgrade now and we will pay off the rest of your contract on us, has that now been paid ? I won’t be getting a huge fee in the bank to be paid

If you upgraded you will pay the new tariff plus a pro rata amount up until your billing date.

I have already seen my bill which is 50 pound I don’t see anything else plus can never get through to anybody at o2

Your upgrade fees are automatically waived.
