I am tryign to order an eSIM via calling 202 and the lines are going crazy and cant speak to anyone from Or. The 02 shops are closed because of covid19-so any ideas how I can order sn ESIM?
would be great if O2 could add a lin on their website and allow us to order an esim online!

I have tried and covid-19 or not, why didnt they do what EE did and create a web form for people to complete. My order was for an esim as a new customer and i was told i get one but something has gone wrong with comms in o2.
