Is anyone else getting this error when trying to download their Bill? I have cleared Cache, used different browsers and even different machines and can't download any of my bills. I was on live chat and was told that if I wanted the bill sent out then I would be charged! All I need is a copy of my Bill emailed to me for my accounts.

Well I go on holiday for 2 weeks and come back to people cheering and patting backs.
Unfortunately, this isn't fixed for me unless I missed the post that tells me how to get to print the bills (if it's changed). I still get the DASH04 error no matter which link i press in IE or Chrome (after clearing the cache and cookies).

Clearing all cookies from any O2 site does help, sometimes. And it is definitely working this eve, Chrome on w10 and Chrome on Android.
I have never had a problem with this particular issue. It was discovered that it only affected selected numbers. That being the case, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest, that clearing cookies works for some and not others.
Obviously this sytem is more 'broken' than first thought..
