Yesterday I tried again to send the cheque to the following address and the cheque was once again returned to me.
O2 Telefónica UK Limited
PO Box 756
Camberley
GU15 3SS
Do you have any fresh news abaout this matter?

Sorry to hear that!
I have sent you a private message on the community yesterday regarding this matter. It should show on the top right of your screen under the community banner.
Unfortunately though, we are still looking into this, so I would strongly recommend using a different payment method if there is any way that's possible (maybe friends or family can help?).

Just to stress the importance of this again regarding my guide here..
Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)which states the following...
*Paying by Cheque
To pay by cheque the customer must:
*Make all cheques payable to Telefónica UK Limited
*Ensure account number is written on the back (If possible also send a copy of the invoice they are paying).
*Cheques should be sent to: Telefónica UK Limited, P O Box 756, Camberley, GU15 3SS
*Cheque payments can take up to 7 days to be processed once received
I need to get this changed asap.
