Hi there,

I am considering moving back to o2. I found their service to be unbeatable.

I always paid by cheque last time I was with them. I got my bill in the post.

When I try to sign up online, I only have the option to sign up to a direct debit.

If I go into a store, can I choose for the bill to be posted to me, and I can pay by my preferred method?

Regards

Ryan

@ryan-smyth

Your only way now is by Direct Debit, and at a push Debit or Credit Card, they no longer accept payment by cheque.

But you have to setup a Direct Debit still..

All the ways to pay are here Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)  and here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/how-to-pay
