Another thread as I'm new to this No Airtime / Device Only. I cancelled 1 airtime plan yesterday - Still need to pay off the device.

However - I cant find on MyO2 where I can do that after moving my number away.

How do you make a payment via my O2 if you dont have an Airtime Plan?

I have an orphaned device plan and it shows up in your o2, once the airtime closed...

It will begin o2- when it becomes orphaned..

@Elihearts

If you are paying monthly then you need to setup a direct debit to pay it off, this can be done in myo2, and it will just show the phone as a device plan.

To pay off in full call o2 on 0800 902 0217 they can also sort the Direct Debit as well.

Looking at the guide sent to me - I can also see a payment can be made by calling O2?

I dont want to pay it off in full - I just want to continue it monthly for now.

@Elihearts

In that case, a direct debit will be required.

And if you are that adverse to Direct Debits for some bizarre reason, then log into myo2 each month and click pay and then you can use your piece of plastic to do so..

Or just set up a bleedin DD and then its one last thing to remember...

Bad experience in the past - Hence why I do it manually unless its the ONLY Option slight_smile

(And no it wasn't due to no funds available lol)

I might set up a DD if I have too if its too much of a hassle to pay off monthly. My issue is that once the airtime plan disappears, I cant find where in My O2 that specific device plan exists.
