O2 won’t refund fraudulent charges

Airtime plan increase

I recently received this notification by email:- From April 2026, your airtime plan will now be increasing by £2.50 instead of £1.80. It says what is happening, but it doesn't say WHY it's happening; can anyone advise? Thanks, Roy

Spend cap issues

How do I leave O2

I live abroad and I've been waiting for end of contract to cancel. Get an email today of price hikes and they give me the option to cancel. Is there no email to write to? It shouldn't be this difficult to leave.
