Resolved! I like to move existing O2 pay montly number to a new O2 sim

Hi I wish to moving my old existing O2 pay monthly sim to a new O2 pay monthly sim that has more larger data allowance. I tried using the My O2 app but am unable to find a suitable option to do this. Do I need to phone up instead?
