I recently received this notification by email:-

From April 2026, your airtime plan will now be increasing by £2.50 instead of £1.80.

It says what is happening, but it doesn't say WHY it's happening; can anyone advise?

Thanks,

Roy

Have a look at the main thread

Manly O2 being a bit greedy. At least you are able to leave

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thank you. We are ex-Virgin customers so I was expecting this to happen at some point in some form. But at least we can now add "ex-O2 customers" to our CV as well!
