Pac code problems

How do I get a PAC code from O2, I have two numbers and the auto text option doesn't work. I go round in circles in My O2 web site.

Resolved! Regarding price increase

I have been trying to speak to someone regarding this increase to my monthly tariff of £2.50. I'm not prepared to pay this/only signed up 3 months ago! I've been trying to get through without success!

Paid off my contract and left O2 ages ago. Still get monthly bills by email and text for £0

This is driving me insane. I have left O2 a long while ago as I paid off my contract and my device. Yet every month without fail O2 text me and email me to say "Hey your bill is ready" and every time is £0. HOW DO I STOP IT?!
