Hi all so looking for some advice.
i ordered a phone through 3rd party seller under a month ago. Passed all credit checks phone was sent out. Upon receiving the phone I noticed couldn’t get the sim to work so contacted them to inform them and was told they were ‘working on it’ since then I ordered a Apple Watch directly through o2 to go with the phone and MPD have now emailed me to say I need to return the phone as o2 have been unable to connect? Does anyone know where I stand with this as I passed the credit check and have since ordered a watch for the phone

You need to get an explanation from MPD as no one here will know why.
