I know we've all seen this before in thread after thread but here is one for you.
Got that price rise email and decided to can one of my lines in the end, but I also really want a tablet with O2.
Sat on hold for 30 mins to get my PAC code to give to my other provider for a port. Then spoke to them about the tablet.
Couldn't proceed due to the "Max Lines On Account" message. Which means I can have a max of 5 currently.
But the sales rep said they would call me back on Friday to process it once my port has been completed as the airtime would have been ceased off and I would be able to pass and get the tablet...
I dont believe them as the Airtime portion had a handset connected to it that ill be paying monthly off until its done. So question to the floor. Do I believe the sales rep who checked with their "Technical Systems Team" or am I being led on?
I feel like I'm being led on...
