I have been travelling overseas and not used my O2 sim for a number of weeks. Now you seem to have deleted my entire account. I have misplaced my SIM and can’t contact anyone to sort that out. Apparently I can only contact you via ‘my o2’

@Kew You need to report the sim as lost: Lost or Stolen O2 Device
