I have a voice mail to listen to, I dialled 901 - redirected to top up services.
I tried 1750 to check set up of voicemail - redirected to top up services.
I tried 4445 for customer support - redirected to top up services.
My account is active with credit, I don't need to top up.
Virtual online assistant - pretty much useless.
I can't contact anyone to help. What do I do?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
