I have been travelling overseas and not used my O2 sim for a number of
weeks. Now you seem to have deleted my entire account. I have misplaced
my SIM and can’t contact anyone to sort that out. Apparently I can only
contact you via ‘my o2’
Ridiculous as usual from O2. I wait on hold for 40 minutes, change my
tariff, they hang up on me and now my voicemail is broke so I need to
waste more of my time on hold to them. Honestly getting extremely
annoyed with the lack of customer service. I...
