Hey everyone, I recently upgraded and now can’t call or text my husband’s Sky mobile. He can call/text me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Can you check if it is just Sky mobiles that you can't call or text?

When did you activate your sim?

If longer than 24 hours, you need to call customer services to see if the swap has completed OK Guide: How to find help & contact O2
