I am facing a strange situation with my nr.
Since early January, I noticed I can't receive any phone call neither receive/send any text message. I can't contact 222. I can make phone calls. The funny part is that when people call me, they hear a Giffgaff automatic voice message saying that I can't be contacted. But my phone is ON all the time. The strange part is that I have no account with GiffGaff. I only have an account with O2. When I've contacted O2, they sent me a new SIM, but the issue still persist, after replacing it. I was also told to reset the network settings, and that didn't work as well. One of the O2 attendant told me to call to 1760 then to 1750, but I've got the following automatic message:

"Your messaging service could not be switched off, please contact O2 customer service"
1750
"Your messaging service could not be setup as we have not received your number, please contact O2 customer service"
Well, After many times contacting O2, I am still facing the issue. They don’t know what the issue is. My manager is complaining that I need to be accessible, but no one can call me.
I wonder if any of you would have any idea on how to get this sorted out.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
