Can’t text or call

Hey everyone, I recently upgraded and now can’t call or text my husband’s Sky mobile. He can call/text me. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

@jonsie my other friends/family who are Vodafone or EE , I can call/text

@Cleoriff I don’t know why it deleted you comment ? But I’ve got an iPhone 11 with a new sim . I did the sim swap that O2 ask you to do

I would be almost sure that hubby has somehow blocked your number so he needs to check his phone settings.

@jonsie he can call and text me? My son also is on Sky and I can’t call or text him but he can call/text me

I deleted it @Kelly3 as I realised from your first answer to @jonsie  that my post was irrelevant (as you had obviously activated your sim) ...wink

@jonsie I’ve just checked both phones and they both had blocked my number! How very weird 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you for you help! I can now call and text both

It may be that the sim swap hasn't fully completed then @Kelly3 and it can take 24 hours to cmplete.

 

If it's been longer than that then call customer service to see if there is any issue.
