I given after paying two bills of £90.03 today and £90.03 yesterday my enquiry is that  Direct Debit was Also taken out 5th October 2023 for £90.03.

I'm making a serious enquiry to way how many times do I pay this bill.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Your payment is normally taken 14 days after the bill is issued @Crafty59 

So if you had a direct debit of £90 on 5th October you are about due another one - and if the £90 is your normal amount that would make sense.
