Hello,
so today my bill came in and I noticed a £30 jump almost on my bill when I checked I didn’t go over my allowance, but my device plan has doubled in price down to the very penny can’t anyone help or advise why this has or would have happened?

Nobody here can access your account, @Sinead1503 - assuming your MyO2 has revealed nothing out of the ordinary, you need to contact O2 in the morning. Try the Social Media Team, either link below, and persist. They usually come online around 8am. Good luck!
