I want to ask about my bill?? How on earth is it 87 pounds??????

 

It is only meant to be 24 ???????

 

Why am I being charged for minutes? And what are these 'things you've bought'

 

I need an explanation.

Not absolutely certain why @Curr946 felt the need to challenge my explanation of things you bought when I travel abroad every 6-8 weeks and have evidence of O2 travel costs being in that section?

Under texts yes, sent 2 here last month to friends in the UK, I felt flamboyant! Maybe if someone hasn't been abroad they wouldn't know O2 Travel comes under things you have bought but until the OP responds I don't feel we can help further. After all, it's there in My O2, broken down.

It was never a question we could accurately answer with the info we had anyway, other than as advised to look in MyO2 or call CS.
