Dear O2,

I want to ask about my bill?? How on earth is it 87 pounds??????

It is only meant to be 24 ???????

Why am I being charged for minutes? And what are these 'things you've bought'

I need an explanation.

@Anonymous You are not speaking to O2 here. This is a customer to customer forum. As suggested above, you need to contact customer service. No one here has access to anyone's account.

No she isn't.

O2 travel costs are listed under that section of the bill.

O2 Travel always comes under things you have bought as well as charge to mobile and Google Play so until the OP comes back we are none the wiser, which is why I asked if they had been overseas in post 2,the first reply on here. (Or 3 I forget Happy Dance)
