Hi I would like to pay my final bill. How ever I am unable to log into my account as I have never used tge service it wants to send me a code but I don't have an o2 phone to receive it on.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
