how do I change the name of my bank account that I want the payment to come out of ?

Hi @karenb1111

Just go into My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

and under the section 'Manage my details' you can change it there

You'll need your phone with you as the site will send a verification text to it with a code you have to enter on screen to gain access to that area of the account settings.
