Hi,
My partners phone is in my name and payment is from my bank account. How do I change this to his name and bank details.

You cant just change the name on the account.
He will need to sign up for a new contract and pass the credit checks and affordability checks first, once that is done you will both need to call up and pay off any outstanding device plan payments, after these have paid you will need to request a migration to the new contract
