I have a pay as you go sim with a big bundle tariff but I have been sent to work in the Middle East for a few months. I do not want to renew my big bundle tariff here as my allowances don’t work. I need to receive calls from my bank back in the uk so I need some balance but if I add a balance then my bundle will renew.

how can I remove the bundle so that I have no bundle? I can only find how to change my tariff not remove the bundle to go back to the original pay as you go.

You cant is the simple answer as the classic PAYG tariff has been removed, best option is to port your number to giffgaff who still offer a classic PAYG tariff.
But be aware calls to the Middle East are chargable and are very expensive for you to receive them at £2 a minute on o2 versus £1 a minute on giffgaff

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
