iMessage and FaceTime aren’t working or activating

Check the phone shows your correct number in:

Settings >Phone >My Number.

If wrong you need to correct it, save and reboot phone.

It is the same number but it still won’t work

Try resetting your network connection and check your apn is payandgo.o2.co.uk
